L&T Realty being a multinational company specializing in various sectors they have the capability to run multiple projects simultaneously. They have various properties which range from Rs.1 Cr – Rs.6 CR. Each property/project has a different target audience who either stay in India or are NRIs.
We made sure that the quality score attributed by Google Adwords got better on a daily basis since this always impacted the CPC in a positive way so that we could deliver more volume within the given budget. For ad copies, we used keywords, property rates and call to action phrases like “book now” in combination with multiple extensions in order to drive engagements among the target groups.
For each project/property, we had 1000+ active keywords which were being optimized on a day to day basis.
